BENCHMARK® Names Chad Moon Senior Director of Total Rewards & HRIS
The Woodlands (Houston), Texas, September 2019 … BENCHMARK®, a global hospitality company, has named Chad Moon Senior Director of Total Rewards & HRIS. Mr. Moon’s responsibilities include oversight and development of Benchmark’s compensation and benefits strategy as well as the administration of the company’s human resources information systems. Karen DiFulgo, chief people officer, made the announcement.
“I am very happy to welcome Chad to Benchmark,” said Ms. DiFulgo. “He brings important experience in his field and within the hospitality industry to our company, and is a wonderful addition to our human resources team.”
Chad Moon previously served as vice president, total rewards & HRIS for Two Roads Hospitality of Denver. Prior to this, he has held HR leadership positions, including as the Director of Total Rewards for Intrawest Resort Holdings of Denver.
Mr. Moon is a graduate of Friends University in Wichita, Kansas, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. He resides in Overland Park, Kansas.
